Yes! In our Future Leaders Learning Tracks, we offer opportunities to engage in small group discussions with other participants. Participants typically include a diverse range of ICs, managers and leaders from the world of tech, science, biotech, IT, education, nonprofits and more. Participants joining Future Leaders Learning Tracks will have ample opportunity to develop (or broaden) their professional learning community and learn from others solving problems in different spaces.

Will the live classes be recorded?

Yes!

We will record the classes in our Future Leaders Learning Tracks. For participants who miss live classes, we will offer the recordings and supplemental resources, as appropriate.

How do the credentials work?

Participants who attend all live classes and complete any required reflection exercises (representing 3-4 hours per week) will be eligible to receive a credential at the conclusion of the learning track. This credential can be added to their email signature, LinkedIn profiles and more to showcase the work they’re doing in the professional development space.
